April 2002 WSRL-California Weekend
The WSRL California Weekend began a little earlier than scheduled on Friday Afternoon as the MWM guys met at Paul's home and kicked-off the fun. L to R: Paul, Doug, Ted, Rob and Bob pose for a quick shot on Paul's balcony.
Saturday started out with some go-carting. Above, Ted leads Paul around turn 3 at the oval track.
Ted is side-by-side with Dave Trager, above, with Rob drafting behind Ted.
You can see that everyone was having a great time at the cart track. Here Rob looks back as Ted laughs. Dave T is on the outside.
Bob used his camera to get some in-car shots. Above, Doug is putting on the pressure with Ted following that pesky 26 car.
Doug had enough waiting behind Bob's car, so he gave him a good bump, sending the in-car camera askew. You can see the guys behind scrambling to gain position...
After Doug passed, things got really crazy in Bob's rear-view. Ted is trying to protect his line as Paul gets on the side of that 26 car. But Dave has other plans as he gets a tow from Paul.
